With deep, longstanding roots in Virginia, Stern has crafted five designs specifically for The Estates at Keswick Hall, available exclusively to buyers. Each buyer can select a timeless Stern design and personalize it through differing exterior and interior finish options. Buyers continue to have the option to use their own architect, subject to Keswick Hall's design review process.
